Nexcope-NE620-Condenser Holder-1, a 10/20/40X Phase Contrast Holder, comprises an Annular Diaphragm, Phase Contrast Objective with Phase Plate, and a Phase Telescope for central alignment. The Annular Diaphragm, near the aperture diaphragm, blocks light using a metal film-coated glass, forming a hollow light cone. Different diaphragms generate diffraction and interference effects with varying objective lenses. The Phase Plate, mounted on the objective lens' back image focal point, delays light phase by 1/4 using a light-absorbing material and metal film. This enhances interference, increases vibration amplitude, and creates phase differences, clarifying structural features.
